About This Vendor
The Bread Collective is a micro-bakery collective of three bakers who met at a sourdough workshop in 2017. We bake everything on Saturday night for Sunday morning freshness. Our starter is 6 years old and we use only stone-ground flour from a mill in the Western Cape. Arrive early — we sell out by 11am most Sundays.
